Erie Insurance filed a neutral rate and rule revision for its Motorcycle and Moped program in North Carolina on December 5, 2025, with an effective date of February 1, 2026 for both new and renewal business.

The filing impacts 69,579 policyholders and covers approximately $111.5 million in written premium.

As part of the update, Erie is revising its Payment Plan Discount factors to eliminate the distinction between credit card and non credit card payment methods for policies on an annual payment plan.
