Erie Insurance Exchange has filed a rule update in Kentucky for its Ultrapack Plus program under the Businessowners/Commercial Package (CMP Liability and Non-Liability) line, effective February 1, 2026, for both new and renewal business.

The update revises premium payment plans to introduce a 3% surcharge on payments made by credit card, reflecting the company’s cost of acceptance. This filing is part of a broader payment plan standardization initiative across other Erie business lines, including Workers’ Compensation, Business Auto, and ErieSecure Business.

Available payment options include Plan A (single payment), Plan C (three installments), Plan D (four installments), and ERIExpressPay (12 automatic ACH debits). A $25 returned payment fee applies to all plans.
