Foremost Insurance Company (Grand Rapids, Michigan), part of Farmers Insurance Group, filed in Idaho on October 9, 2025, to withdraw its Personal Watercraft Program, effective February 1, 2026, for both new and renewal business.

The company, which stopped writing new business in this program more than a decade ago, will nonrenew all six existing policies in the state and withdraw associated policy forms. The withdrawal follows prior program exits in other states, including its domicile state of Michigan. The filing ensures compliance with Idaho Code §§41-1841 and 41-2507 by providing 120 days’ advance notice to the director.
