The update introduces percentage-based deductibles and a 2% Wind or Hail Deductible, mandatory in certain scenarios in Territory B. Additional optional coverages include Identity Fraud Expense, Earthquake, Loss Assessment, and Wind or Hail coverage for satellite dishes. The filing, which affects 275 policyholders and $641K in premium, was submitted on July 23, 2025, with no overall rate impact. New policies take effect September 1; renewals on October 1.
