Foremost Insurance Company, part of Farmers Insurance Group, has updated its Off-Road Vehicle Program in Montana, effective April 1, 2026. The filing adjusts the Insurance Score frequency rule, returning it to a once-every-three-years recalculation schedule.

The update follows the rollout of a new Insurance Score that has now been applied to all active policies. While no rate impact is associated with this change, the filing replaces Rate Page OPER-8 and reflects Foremost’s continued refinement of its underwriting and risk assessment processes within recreational vehicle insurance.
