The policy package features a simplified Declarations page titled “The Squeezed Version,” exclusions for pre-existing conditions, and waiting periods of 14 days for illnesses and 30 days for orthopedic conditions. The filing also notes variable fields in brackets to auto-populate details such as policyholder information and pet names.

The Delaware Department of Insurance, supported by INS Consultants, extended the review period for the filing.
