The selected increase reflects a moderated approach. The indicated need was 13.2%. The update affects about 30,700 policyholders. It represents $87.8 million in written premium. The changes are expected to add about $5.2 million in premium.
The filing also updates rating factors and program structure. Core variables include underwriting score, mileage, vehicle type, territory, and driver history. Discounts remain in place for AAA membership, multi-policy, telematics, and safe driving.
Additional changes include payment plan factors and tiering mechanics. Coverage relativities, base rates, and expense fees are also updated. The program continues to rely on granular pricing across driver, vehicle, and policy attributes.
