Zenith Insurance Company and ZNAT Insurance Company have filed to add the MDH Network Group to their California workers’ compensation manuals. The filing carries no overall rate or premium impact and takes effect October 1, 2025.
The new group, classified as Non-Agriculture, has an October 1 anniversary date and requires a minimum modified premium of $2,500 for eligibility. Zenith’s manual continues to cover larger and multi-state accounts, while ZNAT applies to smaller, California-only risks.
Standard WC provisions remain unchanged, including a $1 million employers’ liability limit, tier-based rating, and premium discounts on accounts exceeding $5,000 in California premium.
