Stillwater introduced a new tenant homeowners program in Arizona with a tentative effective date of July 1, 2026, for new and renewal business.

The program includes optional endorsements for identity theft expense coverage, scheduled personal property, water backup coverage, wildfire smoke and ash coverage, increased limits for electronics and firearms, and animal liability coverage. The filing also outlines exclusions for satellite dishes larger than 40 inches, earth movement liability claims, and certain dog breeds, including pit bulls, Rottweilers, and wolf hybrids.

The Arizona renters program has a minimum premium of $85 and offers Coverage C personal property limits based on insured property values, along with optional coverages for collectibles, electronics, memorabilia, rugs, antiques, and portable equipment.
