Integrated into the company’s website and built using Claude AI, Buzzy provides guidance on topics including theft protection, racing coverage, transit damage, e-bike eligibility, accessory coverage, claims, and homeowners insurance limitations.
According to BikeInsure, the tool is focused on customer education and helping cyclists research insurance coverage before and after purchasing a policy.
