Zenith Introduces Commercial GL Program in California

Zenith Insurance Company has introduced a new commercial general liability (CGL) program in California, covering businesses outside the farm and agribusiness sector. The filing was submitted on June 2, 2026, and is intended to take effect upon regulatory approval.

The new program includes Zenith’s proprietary Commercial General Liability Coverage Form, a General Liability Coverage Extension Endorsement, and a Liquor Liability Coverage Form.
