The North River Insurance Company, part of Fairfax Financial, has filed to withdraw its 24PetWatch product in Tennessee, effective December 15, 2025, for both new and renewal business.

The filing, administered by PTZ Insurance Agency, replaces previously withdrawn forms tied to the program’s coverage chart and terms. No premium or policyholder data was disclosed.

As part of the withdrawal, policy documents emphasize fraud warnings, customer duties to provide accurate pet and medical information, and exclusions for pre-existing conditions. The company noted that items such as investment income, rate requests, and justifications were bypassed as this is strictly a withdrawal filing.
