Nationwide is streamlining its insurance operations, with Crestbrook Insurance Company formally withdrawing from the private passenger auto market. In a filing submitted on August 20, 2025, Crestbrook requested the withdrawal of its auto forms, rules, and rates, confirming that all non-renewals are complete and no active policies remain.

This move follows Nationwide’s decision to exit the product line nationwide, first communicated to the Georgia Deputy Commissioner in October 2023.
