On the rating side, Lemonade introduced a February 2026 edition of its Virginia Pet Insurance Manual with a base annual rate of $412.26, paired with zip-code modifiers ranging from 0.7320 to 1.0640 across the state.

The filing also includes updated Rating Order of Calculations, actuarial exhibits, and a note from state reviewers requiring Lemonade to add the actuary’s email to its COF-1 certification.

Overall, the update reflects Lemonade’s routine refresh of forms, benefits language, and pricing inputs for the 2026 policy year.
