Homesite received approval in New Jersey to update its homeowners partner discount list.

The filing applies to Homesite’s HO 00 03 and HF 00 09 homeowners program and has no rate impact. It was approved on July 1, 2026, with new business effective October 23, 2026, and renewals effective December 10, 2026.

Homesite is adding Lemonade Insurance to its auto partner affinity discount list. At the same time, it is removing Elephant Insurance, Root Insurance, and Infinity Property & Casualty Insurance Group, which the company described as inactive partners with no policies.

The updated partner discount list also includes Progressive Direct, Esurance, GEICO, Liberty Mutual, MetLife, 21st Century, Costco Wholesale, Midvale Indemnity, and American Family Connect.
