Homesite filed a 12.9% rate increase for its condominium insurance program.

The filing affects 7,420 policyholders and $8.4 million in written premium, generating an estimated premium increase of $1.1 million. Individual policy impacts range from 12.8% to 13%.

Homesite is increasing the HO-6 rate adjustment factor from 1.242 to 1.402. The selected increase is below the insurer’s indicated rate need of 20.4%.

The change is scheduled to take effect for renewals on October 26, 2026. Homesite’s previous Georgia condo rate revision produced a 10% increase effective in August 2025.
