Homesite Insurance Company, part of American Family Insurance Group, has filed to withdraw its Manufactured Home program from Virginia, impacting roughly 6,000 policies and $3.7 million in written premium. Non-renewals will begin February 1, 2026, with all policies ending by February 2027.

The program, brokered through AEGIS General Insurance Agency, is expected to transition to a similar offering under Lyndon Southern Insurance Company pending regulatory approval. Homesite will retain liability for existing claims during the transition.
