Homesite, part of the American Family Insurance Group, is withdrawing its Preferred Manufactured Home (PMH) product from the Arizona market. The product, brokered through AEGIS General Insurance Agency, had 3,156 policies in force and nearly $2.8 million in written premium as of July 7, 2025.

The withdrawal filing, submitted and approved on July 10, 2025, outlines a phased exit:

• Non-renewals will begin on or after November 1, 2025

• All policies are expected to be off the books by November 1, 2026

Homesite has submitted the required withdrawal forms and notices, citing the move as a business decision unrelated to policyholder risk. No rate changes are involved, as this is strictly a form filing for product discontinuation.
