Spinnaker has filed for a 15.2% overall rate increase for its Harborway general liability program in Kansas, with individual policy impacts ranging from zero to 91.4%.

Submitted October 23 by a Simply Business representative, the filing lists 481 policyholders and $369,033 in written premium. The proposed revision would add approximately $55,916 in premium to the program.

The selected increase falls well below the filing’s indicated need of 56%, suggesting the proposal would address only part of the pricing gap identified in the company’s analysis.

The filing also lists a previous 13.3% rate revision effective November 1, 2026. The new proposal therefore signals continued pricing pressure, with another adjustment sought shortly after the prior revision takes effect.

Spinnaker requests February 1, 2027 implementation for new business and April 1 for renewals.
