Spinnaker has filed its annual rate certification for its Florida renters program, proposing no changes to rates, rating rules or underwriting guidelines. The filing lists an Oct. 1, 2026, effective date for new and renewal business.
The program has 46,538 policies in force and $9.6 million in annual earned premium. Spinnaker reported an average incurred loss ratio of 24.2%, compared with an expected loss ratio of 39.7%.
Millennial Specialty Insurance submitted the filing on Spinnaker’s behalf and administers the program.
