Foremost Insurance Company, a member of Farmers Insurance Group, filed an informational withdrawal for its Personal Watercraft Program in Georgia (SERFF #FORE-134715578). The company plans to nonrenew all 28 active policies effective February 1, 2026, marking the final step in a wind-down that began over a decade ago when it stopped writing new business nationwide.

The affected policies, totaling about $7,352 in written premium, fall under the inland marine line (TOI 09.0010 – Boatowners/Personal Watercraft). Foremost clarified that this move does not affect its other marine products or its authority to operate in Georgia. Agents will continue to offer replacement coverage through the Foremost Choice Marine program.

According to the filing, all policyholders will receive nonrenewal notices in compliance with state requirements, and agents will be informed in advance to facilitate the transition.
