Federal Warranty Service Corporation, part of Assurant, filed a new consumer service contract in Georgia for its Safeware product line, with the program set to take effect for new business on May 2, 2026.

The filing introduces a new aftermarket service plan and notes that coverage is backed by a contractual liability insurance policy issued by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida. It also adds “all contracted vendors” as additional insureds and uses bracketed fields in the forms to allow updates to phone numbers and addresses without requiring a refiling.
