United Service Protection Corporation, part of Assurant, has secured approval in Alabama for a new service contract tied to Capital One’s Wheelz program.

The filing introduces an updated vehicle service agreement designed to meet lender requirements, particularly for the Nissan version of Wheelz, offering plans that range from Powertrain Plus to Ultimate with optional add-ons such as business use, hybrid components, lift kits, and oversized tires.

The contract covers pre-authorized repairs for mechanical and electrical breakdowns and includes towing, rental reimbursement, and deductible reimbursement. It may be financed alongside the vehicle loan, but remains optional. Administration is handled by American Auto Guardian, and roadside assistance is provided through Nation Safe Drivers.

The approval supports the rollout of Capital One Wheelz as it expands service coverage options across lenders and vehicle types.
