The filings emphasize that the AES program operates independently from Rochdale’s other Workers’ Compensation book managed by Summit Premier Insurance Solutions, with mutually exclusive underwriting guidelines. AES holds full binding authority over Rochdale for this program, while AmTrust serves as the fronting carrier.

The AES program targets entertainment-related risks, including DICE (Documentary, Industrial, Commercial, Educational) productions and live events. As new programs, both filings carry no rate impact.
