Allstate Insurance Company has filed a 15% rate increase in Idaho for its Landlords Package Policy (LPP), effective January 12, 2026 for new business and February 26, 2026 for renewals.

The filing affects 528 policyholders and $439,962 in written premium, with an expected premium increase of $66,114. The actuarial indication is higher at 27.3%. Allstate implemented the same 15% increase in November 2024.

The company notes the filing is not submitted in its domicile state of Illinois because the changes respond to Idaho-specific indications. Allstate is currently closed to new business, but maintains a new-business effective date for reinstatements or cancel-and-rewrite situations.
