Wesco Insurance Company, part of the AmTrust Group, has filed administrative updates to its workers’ compensation forms, including the appointment of Chris Foy as company president. The filing also revises the business address and adds brackets to the officer and address sections on the signature page.

Foy previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of North American Commercial P&C. He joined AmTrust in 2016 as President of AmTrust Underwriters Inc., where he oversaw the Specialty Program business, following AmTrust’s acquisition of Total Program Management, a managing general agent he founded and led.

Wesco is a key AmTrust Group carrier and underwrites statutory disability benefits coverage distributed through 3,500 brokers to more than 45,000 employers, placing AmTrust among the industry leaders in this specialized segment.
