Travelers  filed a rate and rule update for its Master Pac Businessowners program in Wisconsin, seeking an overall rate increase of 15.6%.

The filing was submitted on January 26, 2026 and applies to both new business and renewals effective June 1, 2026. Travelers reported that the change would impact 595 policyholders and result in an estimated $356,288 increase in written premium, bringing total program premium to approximately $2.28 million.

According to the filing, the rate revision replaces the prior Wisconsin Master Pac rate manual and follows a previous rate update that took effect in June 2025. The company indicated the filing was made on a use-and-file basis and was accepted as filed by the state without modification.
