Technology Insurance Company, Inc., part of AmTrust, has filed revisions to its Residents Liability Program in Washington to comply with Senate Bill 5798. The updates extend cancellation and nonrenewal notice periods from 45 to 60 days across amendatory endorsements.

The changes apply to both group policyholder and certificateholder forms, including lessor-placed and monthly term certificates. The filing, effective September 10, 2025 for new business and October 10, 2025 for renewals, does not affect coverages or rates and is a straightforward compliance update.
