It includes a mix of adopted ISO Umbrella and Excess forms alongside a large number of proprietary forms developed by the company. The filing was submitted on July 23, 2025, with an effective date pending approval.

Martin & Company is handling the filing on behalf of Next Insurance, and the program’s development was informed by an analysis of competitor filings. Notably, Next Insurance will not adopt future ISO updates automatically; instead, ISO will add this program to its exception report. The proprietary forms include a wide range of exclusions and amendments such as cyber incident liability, injury to workers, professional services liability, and exclusions for leisure or athletic activities.
