Next Insurance US Company has filed to introduce its Workers’ Compensation coverage in Connecticut, with an effective date of October 1, 2025, for both new and renewal business.

The submission is a forms-only filing, adding a signature page (NXT-0001 IL 10 17) and policy jacket (NXT-0003.7 WC 1121). Next will rely on NCCI policy forms and endorsements where permitted, with Perr&Knight authorized to submit filings on its behalf.

This move marks another step in Next’s broader rollout of workers’ compensation across states, aligning with its strategy to expand beyond small business general liability into core commercial lines.
