The blanket personal property product is designed for individuals seeking broad coverage for their belongings. The filing includes a dedicated Hawaii Rate and Rule Manual and adopts base rates and structures from American National, with enhancements based on filings from QBE, Trisura, and Hartford Steam Boiler.
Policy terms include a $25 fully earned policy fee, installment payment options, and standard cancellation and nonrenewal procedures. Additional coverages include Water Backup and Cyber Protection, with rates modeled to provide marginal premium changes as coverage increases. Perr&Knight acted as the filing agent.
