Encompass Insurance Company of America has filed for an 18.2% overall rate decrease for its Custom360 homeowners program in Connecticut.
The filing affects 736 policyholders representing approximately $1.38 million in written premium. Individual policy changes would range from a 46.3% decrease to an 11.9% increase.
The Allstate subsidiary is revising its policy-group factors and fixed expense charge. Encompass last adjusted the program in November 2025, implementing an 11.3% decrease.
The proposed changes would take effect September 2, 2026, for new business and October 17, 2026, for renewals.
