Allstate Launches Direct-to-Consumer Auto Program in Georgia

Allstate submitted a Georgia filing to introduce its AVPIC private passenger auto program as part of a direct-to-consumer launch in the state. The filing was submitted on May 7, 2026, with a requested effective date of August 18, 2026.

The filing includes new policy forms and declarations covering liability, collision, comprehensive, medical payments, uninsured motorists, transportation expense, replacement protection, ride-for-hire coverage, and named driver exclusions. The program also includes policy language tied to transportation network company activity, personal vehicle sharing, and delivery-related exclusions.

The program will be written through Allstate Vehicle and Property Insurance Company, part of the broader Allstate group.
