Technology Insurance Company, Wesco Insurance Company, and AmTrust Insurance Company filed Businessowners program updates in Tennessee (SERFF Tracking Number UNKP-134508875), effective June 1, 2025.

The filing introduces new endorsements for Auto Service and Contractor risks. Auto service businesses gain coverage for underground fuel tanks, employee tools, customer vehicles, and lessors’ property. Contractors get enhanced liability coverage with higher property damage limits, product recall expense coverage, and per-location aggregate limits.
