Allstate filed to introduce a Private Passenger Trailer insurance program in Rhode Island. The program includes new rate pages and rules supporting trailer endorsements and brings the coverage fully under Allstate branding.

Customers will be able to quote and bind policies online or via mobile apps, with distribution spanning three channels: call center direct, digital self-service, and agency-bound transactions. The company references LexisNexis and AIPSO data in its actuarial justification.

Filing submitted February 2, 2026; effective dates August 18, 2026 (new business) and September 18, 2026 (renewals).
