Allstate North American Insurance Company has introduced a set of new optional endorsements for its Wisconsin Homeowners product, expanding coverage for customers who rent out their properties full- or part-time.

Additional new forms include Enhanced Personal Property Protection, Personal Injury Liability Protection, and several Additional Insured options covering residence premises, LLCs, and trusts. The update also replaces existing Service Lines Protection and Water Back-Up Protection forms.

Allstate clarifies that customers currently insured under the separate Allstate Indemnity Landlords product will continue renewing into that product, preserving differentiation between the two offerings.
