Drive Insurance Company, part of Progressive, has filed a new form in California to streamline its digital document process. The update, effective for new business on June 22, 2026, introduces the Paperless Terms and Conditions form (CDA251 CA), which combines the company’s email document delivery and e-signature workflows into a single paperless flow.

The previous version of the form will still be used for midterm or renewal transactions when customers change their paperless preferences.
