ASI Home Insurance, part of Progressive, reported 1,409 homeowners policy nonrenewals in Georgia during the second quarter of 2026.

The insurer attributed 783 nonrenewals, or 56% of the total, to a product no longer being offered. Another 531 involved properties deemed undesirable, while 55 were tied to the insured and 40 to misrepresentation.

ASI Home also reported 151 midterm cancellations during the quarter. Of those, 87 were attributed to the property, 52 to the insured and 12 to misrepresentation.

Altogether, the company reported 1,560 cancellations and nonrenewals during the quarter. The filing is a required quarterly disclosure and does not identify the discontinued product or indicate the size of ASI Home’s overall Georgia homeowners book.
