Great American’s Film and Photography program is getting a new Combined Deductible Endorsement IL 74 41 in North Carolina. The filing, approved on June 10, 2025, replaces separate deductibles under the Businessowners BP 00 03 and Inland Marine CM 84 44 forms with a single deductible that applies across both coverages.

The filing was initially disapproved due to a naming issue with the filing organization but was corrected and approved the same day with no premium impact. The endorsement will apply to all BOP and Inland Marine policies underwritten by Great American Insurance Company and affiliates, with an effective date of November 1, 2025. No policyholders are currently affected.
