Farmers has filed a rule change in Kansas for its Boatowners insurance product, focusing solely on revising payment plan options for 12-month policies. No rate changes are proposed.

The filing introduces multiple structured and flexible payment plans, including 1-, 2-, 4-, and 9-pay options, as well as payroll deduction and autopay via bank or credit card. Installment fees range from $2 to $5 depending on the method, with a $15 NSF fee across all plans. The revised rules are set to take effect September 1, 2025.
