Farmers is updating its Florida private auto program, with changes to group eligibility and account listings tied to its mass merchandising offering.
The update applies to new business starting March 31, 2026, and renewals beginning May 20, 2026.
The insurer is revising its “Mass Merchandising Account Listing,” which defines which employers, associations, and affinity groups can offer Farmers’ auto and home insurance products through workplace or organizational relationships.
Accounts removed include MetLife Capital Corporation, NatWest Markets, and the Professional Golfers’ Association of America.
Several groups were updated to reflect new legal names, including UGI Corporation and The Johns Hopkins University.
New additions include FedEx Freight, Honeywell Aerospace U.S., and the United States Fencing Association.
The program distributes through employers, trade groups, unions, alumni organizations, credit unions, and other affinity groups, covering employees, retirees, and, in some cases, spouses and dependents.
