The filing revises the Insurance Score frequency rule, shifting recalculations back to once every three years, and confirms that all existing policies have been transitioned to the new scoring model. In addition, the update replaces Rate Page MOD-3 and introduces a Multi-Policy discount (0.90 factor) applicable to customers with other Farmers Insurance Group policies under group codes 0069 or 0212.
