The update revises the Statement of Variability for the Family Car Declarations form (PV 80 26 04 15) to include a new indicator for vehicles enrolled in MilesMyWay, the company’s usage-based program that rewards policyholders for driving fewer miles.

The change enables American Family to note which cars qualify for additional savings tied to mileage, signaling a continued push toward telematics-driven pricing. The filing also refreshes the corporate signatures on the form.

Idaho requires prior domicile approval for variability updates, but American Family noted that its home state of Wisconsin does not require such filings — a justification Idaho accepts for form review.
