State Farm received approval in Utah for a new form titled “Applying for Life Insurance Electronically with State Farm” (WTE-L1.1).

The update adds an electronic consent screen at the start of the life insurance application process, allowing customers to complete and sign forms digitally. The consent notes that participation is optional, not a condition of purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time.

The filing supports State Farm’s move toward a fully digital application process for its Select Term life products. Until now, the company redirected prospects to complete their quote process with an agent.
