Lantern Insurance Company introduced its 2025 forms list in Georgia, covering term life applications, policies, and riders.

The filing shows the product is being phased out, with sales ending July 1, 2025 and applications closing September 30, 2025.

The brand launched in 2025 as a digital term life offering, available nationwide except in New York, Maine, and Puerto Rico, using a rebranded Bestow Life Insurance Company.

Sammons Financial Group acquired Bestow Life Insurance Company for $20.6 million in July 2024, including $14.5 million in admitted goodwill, about 41% of the investment, with a book value of $32.5 million as of March 31, 2025.
