Selective is increasing the maximum Coverage A limit under its homeowners agent binding authority to $3 million from $2.5 million.

The updated underwriting guidelines apply to new and renewal business countrywide, including Arizona, effective August 5, 2026.

Selective’s minimum Coverage A binding limit remains $500,000 for HO-3 and HO-5 policies. The insurer said the change is consistent with its amended business strategy.
