Openly has filed to launch its Homeowner Program in Nevada, underwritten by Rock Ridge Insurance Company, part of Clear Blue Financial. The filing was submitted on August 28, 2025 with an effective date of January 6, 2026 for new business

The submission includes rate tables, an underwriting manual, credit scoring guidelines, and a notice explaining premium increases. Census block-level rating factors are also built into the program, with adjustments spanning wildfire, water, wind, theft, earthquake, and liability exposures

This marks Openly’s initial entry into Nevada, expanding the insurer’s footprint following recent program updates in other states. The filing does not indicate an overall rate impact, as this is a new program filing.
