The filing, covering forms, rates, and rules, formally closes the program to new business and includes a Sample Notice of Nonrenewal for existing policyholders.

As of September 9, 2025, the program had 26 active policies representing $199,885 in total written premium across the state. The move follows a strategic review of Markel’s agricultural portfolio, with the company citing a focus on streamlining its specialty offerings and exiting low-volume product lines.
