This follows Hiscox’s prior South Dakota filing in June 2025, which introduced a smaller +3.6% rate increase, suggesting continued rate firming in the state’s small commercial liability segment.

The new rates take effect June 15, 2026 for new business and October 13, 2026 for renewals.
