Grange Suspends Discount Roll-Offs to Improve Auto Retention

Integrity Insurance, part of Grange Insurance, has filed a rate and rule update for its PinPoint Auto 3 personal auto program in Wisconsin.

The filing, submitted on June 12, 2026, requests effective dates of June 20, 2026, for new business and July 20, 2026, for renewals.

The company is proposing revisions to its premium cap percentages. Despite the changes, the filing is rate neutral, with no overall rate impact. The program covers 26,120 policyholders and represents nearly $53.9 million in written premium.

The filing also outlines an additional change scheduled to take effect July 15, 2026, for new business and August 15, 2026, for renewals. Under the proposal, the carrier would suspend the roll-off of its Advance Quote and Affiliate Discounts for longer-tenured PinPoint Auto 3 customers.

According to the insurer, declining policy retention in Wisconsin prompted the move. The company said maintaining the discounts is intended to reduce renewal premium volatility, improve pricing stability for policyholders, and support the long-term profitability and growth of the PinPoint Auto 3 program.
